What are the services you provide?
We have four types of services, namely Hourly Service, Deep Cleaning Service, Permanent Service and Background Verification Service.
What is “Hourly Service”?
This is a kind of service that is provided on an hourly basis. The services include Maid service, Cook service, Driver service, Babysitting service, Elderly care service, and many more.
What are the minimum booking hours of “Hourly Service”?
For most of our hourly services, the minimum booking requirement is one hour.
How can you assure that the workers will not waste time while working?
We train our workers to work at an average speed. If they work too fast, they might damage the customers’ valuable belongings. If they work too slow, it shall be expended for customers.
How can you assure that your workers are reliable?
Our workers are background verified. We onboard them only after they pass through different levels of verifications and scrutiny.
What do your hourly maids do?
Our maids are trained to do all kinds of household work like general cleaning, deep cleaning, washroom cleaning, utensil cleaning, ironing, helping in the kitchen, car cleaning, helping at a party, setting house in order, kitchen cleaning, garden cleaning, glass cleaning, dog care, outdoor chores etc.
What do your hourly drivers do?
Our drivers can drive luxury, semi luxury, light and heavy commercial vehicles. Customers can hire them for local use, drop-off to desired destination and outstation journey.
What do your hourly cooks do?
Our cooks are trained to cook Odia, Bengali, North Indian and South Indian food.
What do your hourly babysitters do?
Our babysitters are trained to take care of children up to 12 years of age.
What do your hourly carers do?
Our carers are trained to help elderly people and patients in their challenging daily lives.
What is a deep cleaning service?
Our Deep Cleaning Service is a contract price based cleaning service where a group of trained cleaners execute jobs like full home deep cleaning, kitchen deep cleaning, washroom deep cleaning, warehouse deep cleaning, floor deep cleaning, water tank cleaning, sofa and chair cleaning.
What is the “Covid-19 sanitization service”?
“Covid-19 sanitization service” is a service specially dedicated to sanitizing probable Covid-19 affected areas. We provide this service for both indoor and outdoor areas. MOH recommended chemicals are used for 100% effectiveness. This service is available only when the covid pandemic situation is around.
What is “Permanent Service”?
Under “Permanent Service” we make necessary arrangements to provide suitable service providers like maid, driver, cook, patient attendant, office boys, etc. as permanent employees at prevailing minimum wages, through our HUB agents. Customers pay a one time service charge after a trial period of 10 days.
What is “Background Verification Service”?
Under “Background Verification Service”, customers can avail the service of verifying the background, like address proof and some existing police cases of their household workers. Customers pay a one time service charge for availing this service. The process of background verification takes 7 to 10 days after submission of required documents.
